受宁夏银行股份有限公司委托，对宁夏银行实时交易反欺诈项目进行公开招标。详情如下:

III. Project Name: Real-time Transaction Anti-fraud Project of Ningxia Bank
IV. Bidding Scope: Real-time transaction anti-fraud project (for specific parameters, please refer to Part IV Bidding Technical Requirements in the bidding documents).
Five, the bidder qualification requirements:
1. The bidder must have the qualification of an independent legal person (provide a copy of business license, a copy of organization code certificate and tax registration certificate, and provide a new and effective business license in case of "three certificates in one");
2. The original power of attorney of the legal representative and the original ID card of the licensee;
3. The bidder must have at least three successful and stable operation cases of commercial banks since January 1, 2019 (provide a copy of the original contract and affix the official seal);
4.投标人应当是未被列入“信用中国”()或重大税收违法案件当事人名单或严重违法失信行为记录名单的人员；
5.具有良好的商业信誉和财务状况，并提供2019年和2020年经审计的财务报告；
6.有依法缴纳税收和社保资金的良好记录(以2021年1月以来连续三个月缴纳税收和社保资金的证明为准)；
7.投标人应具有完善的售后服务体系、较强的技术支持能力和良好的合作精神；
8.本项目不接受联合体投标。
注:以上所有证明文件均附有相关证明文件的复印件，并在投标文件中加盖公章。
不及物动词招标文件的获取:
1.请有兴趣的投标人于2021年10月15日至2021年10月22日(法定公休日、节假日除外)上午9: 00至12: 00、下午14: 00至17: 30(北京时间，下同)购买招标文件；
2.购买招标文件所需材料:营业执照、法定代表人身份证明或法定代表人授权委托书、法定代表人或其委托代理人身份证(或其他有效证件)、业绩证明材料、信用中国查询记录(加盖投标人单位公章)及上述其他资质要求(所有证明材料按顺序用A4纸装订成册)，不齐全或不符合要求的不予接受。
七。投标文件的提交:
1.投标文件截止时间(投标截止时间，下同)为2021年11月5日上午9:00。
2.招标人将不接受逾期送达或未送达指定地点的投标文件。
