1.购买条件
受贵阳水务集团有限公司(以下简称“采购人”)委托，通过竞争性谈判方式，公开邀请合格供应商参加人力资源系统优化项目采购活动。
2.项目概况及要求、采购内容
2.1项目概述:
(1)项目名称:人力资源系统优化项目
(2)项目地点:贵州省贵阳市
(3)项目内容:主要包括8个模块:①项目调查与人才盘点②定岗、定编、定员③薪酬体系优化④绩效考核体系优化⑤人员合理安置⑥岗位价值体系设计⑧人力资源重点工作规划⑧岗位发展通道设计。
(4)最高限价:110万元人民币。
(5)工程时间计划:180日历天。
3.供应商资质要求
3.1中国境内能够独立承担民事责任的法人或其他组织具有独立承担民事责任的能力(提供具有统一社会信用代码的营业执照复印件)、授权委托书原件及法定代表人和授权代表的身份证(复印件加盖投标人公章)；
3.2提供第三方法定审计机构出具的2019年或2020年财务审计报告。新成立或成立不到一年的新公司，应提供基层银行出具的资信证明。(复印件加盖招标人公章)；
3.3 Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law: provide relevant certification materials for paying social insurance premiums and paying taxes according to law in any three months since 2020;
3.5 Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations: provide the full version of the "Credit China" report (the report time is any time from the date of purchasing the negotiation documents to the day before bid opening, and the supplier shall provide the full version of the "Credit China" report with official seal, which will be incorporated into the response document as credit information inquiry records and evidence);
3.6 This project does not accept consortium bidding.
4. Acquisition of procurement documents
4.1 Anyone who intends to participate in the consultation shall obtain the registration materials on-site or online from 09: 00 on May 24, 2021 to 17: 00 on May 28, 2021 (Beijing time, the same below).
4.2确保提供:
(1)法定代表人授权委托书原件及被授权人身份证和法定代表人身份证复印件；
②企业营业执照复印件；
③完成“信用中国”信用报告(报告时间必须在采购公告之后)；
以上信息加盖单位公章(鲜章)。
4.3采购文件价格:500元/套，售后不退采购文件。
5.提交响应文件
5.1响应文件递交截止时间(投标截止时间，下同):2021年6月3日10: 00时，供应商应在截止时间前将响应文件递交至指定地点。
5.2逾期送达的响应文件将被拒绝。
