安徽恒泰包装有限公司于2010年8月24日注册成立。其前身是桐城恒泰塑胶有限公司，成立于2001年。公司拥有10万级净化车间，先后建成三条国内先进的三层共挤薄膜生产线，专业生产聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)薄膜和包装袋。它已经生产和出口医疗级包装薄膜超过20年。工厂占地面积5352.9m2，有6层办公综合楼，两个生产车间，三个仓库。建设单位计划拆除厂内旧仓库和一个生产车间，新建一个生产车间和两个仓库，购置吹膜机、分切机、搅拌机等生产加工设备，建设“年产5000吨医用塑料薄膜生产线项目".
