广东肇庆明珠纸业有限公司(原名广东德清蜡纸厂)是广东省民营科技企业，国家高新技术企业，中国电池工业协会会员企业。公司现有员工45人，年生产能力2500吨，年销售无汞干电池纸1600吨。是国内最大的干电池纸生产企业，也是国内干电池纸行业标准的主要制定者。
自1992年以来，公司确立了“科技兴厂，开拓创新”的经营战略，改变了公司产品单一的状况，结合实际，将干电池浆纸的开发和生产确立为主要项目。先后开发出锌基干电池浆纸、铵基干电池浆纸、替代汞作为缓蚀剂的锌锰干电池浆纸等产品，1999年被评为广东省高新技术企业。

近年来，德清县不断强化企业政策扶持，注重企业转型升级。在政府的引导下，明珠纸业以提质增效为重点，以引进战略性新兴产业和提升传统制造业“双轮驱动”为主攻方向，以市场需求为导向，于2014年大力建设异地年产2500吨无汞锌锰干电池浆纸技改项目。目前，公司已成为中国干电池用浆纸系列专业制造商，是中国电池行业。经过多年的努力，浆纸的品种和生产规模不断扩大， 而且销售渠道也在扩大。产品销往华南、华东地区，并出口东南亚。该公司现已成为中国最大的干电池纸浆纸制造商。
