"十大优秀创新企业"为：长城汽车股份有限公司、河北奥润顺达窗业有限公司、河北晨阳工贸集团有限公司、国电联合动力技术（保定)有限公司、保定科诺伟业控制设备有限公司、保定三源纺织科技有限公司、保定标正机床有限责任公司、河北新希望天香乳业有限公司、保定金阳光能源装备科技有限公司、满城县永红铸造机械有限公司。
"十大优秀创新平台"为：保定国家大学科技园、中关村天合科技成果转化促进中心保定分中心、河北立中有色金属集团有限公司院士工作站、华翼风电叶片研究开发有限公司院士工作站、河北高阳省级农业科技园区、河北安新白洋淀省级农业科技园区、保定市大功率高频电源工程技术研究中心、保定市新能源汽车工程技术研究中心、保定市内外墙干粉乳胶涂料工程技术研究中心、保定市动物用生物制品工程技术研究中心。
“十大优秀专利”分别是:保定宇鑫电气科技有限公司的智能电池本体、河北晨阳工贸集团有限公司的水性金属防腐涂料及其制造方法、保定邦泰高分子新材料有限公司的组合防弹玻璃、保定优耐特电气有限公司的光伏电站用静止无功发生器、长城汽车股份有限公司的低噪声发动机气门凸轮机构、英利能源(中国)有限公司的 有限公司的“一种太阳能电池板栅电极及太阳能电池片”、保定华谊风电叶片研发有限公司的“一种消泡方法及消泡装置”、封帆有限公司的“防爬酸结构铅管的研究”、保定四方三一电气有限公司的“一种高频逆变电源装置”以及田康、田悦的“尺骨鹰嘴骨折外复位固定器”，
