内蒙古晨报全媒体平台讯(记者甄)6月2日，内蒙古环保厅通报了我区19家企业典型案例及处罚情况。
1.呼和浩特市城发供热有限责任公司桥边分公司10台80吨循环流化床锅炉人为掺入石灰石脱硫，燃煤含硫量过高，导致二氧化硫长期超标排放，最高浓度超标3.6倍，平均排放浓度超标2倍。
呼和浩特市环保局对该企业罚款共计67万元，并责令其在2015年10月采暖期前彻底解决二氧化硫超标排放问题。拒不整改的，移交司法部门处理。
2.呼和浩特内蒙古北平纺织有限公司生产生活污水未经处理直接排放，监测的COD超过国家污染物排放标准。
呼和浩特市环保局依据《环境保护部实施限产停产条例办法》，责令其涉水生产车间全面停产整改。
3.包头内蒙古亚鑫龙顺特钢有限公司烧结机二氧化硫排放超标。
包头市石拐区环保局依法责令该公司改正违法行为，并处罚款2万元，并于2015年1月20日至29日对其违法排污行为按日连续处罚，罚款总额20万元。
4.包头铝业公司熔铸中心在生产过程中未安装环保设施，直接向大气排放有害气体。
包头市环保局东河区分局依法责令该公司改正违法行为，并处罚款4万元，并于2015年3月4日至3月20日、3月21日至4月10日对其违法排污行为按日连续处罚，共计罚款72万元。
5.乌兰察布市兴和县广宇热电有限公司废气超标。
乌兰察布市环保局依法责令其停止违法行为，并处罚款2万元。根据《环境保护主管部门实施按日连续处罚办法》，于2015年3月26日至4月3日对其超标排放共计9天进行了按日连续处罚，并罚18万元。
6.锡林郭勒盟蒙东锗科技有限公司锗热电联产示范项目配套脱硝污染防治设施未建成，主体工程已投产，脱硫设施未正常运行，违法排放污染物。
内蒙古环保厅已责令该项目停止生产，并处以10万元罚款。锡林浩特市环保局依法责令其改正违法排污行为，并处罚款8000元，并于2015年4月16日至4月30日对其违法排污行为按日连续处罚，并处罚款12万元。
7.巴彦淖尔市五原县朱虹环境热电有限公司废气超标。
婺源县环保局依法责令该公司改正违法行为，处以罚款2万元，并按日对其实施连续行政处罚，并处罚款82万元。
8.巴彦淖尔市临河区两家小型塑料厂，建设时未办理环保审批手续，属无证非法经营企业。2014年8月，巴彦淖尔市临河区采取断电措施，依法强制关闭。2015年3月，企业恢复生产，废水废气未经处理，对周边环境造成一定污染。
临河区环保局依据《行政机关移送适用行政拘留的环境违法案件暂行办法》将案件移送临河区公安分局。公安机关依法对王某某、朱某某处以行政拘留12日。
9.阿拉善盟阿拉善左奇开云化工有限公司年产2，4二硝基甲苯5000吨，副产硫酸镁483吨/年，涉嫌未批先建。
阿拉善盟环保局依法责令该公司改正违法行为，并处罚款20万元，并依据《环境保护主管部门实施查封扣押办法》予以查封。
10.乌海华子煤焦有限责任公司所属焦化厂不正常使用污染物处理设施，使用过量废水熄焦。
乌海市环保局依据《行政机关移送适用行政拘留的环境违法案件暂行办法》将案件移送乌海市公安局。公安机关依法对该厂环保主要负责人生产厂长处以行政拘留15日。
11.乌海市海南区怡园供热有限公司生产过程中大气污染物处理设施使用异常。
乌海市海南区环保局依法责令该公司改正违法行为，并处以5000元罚款。并于2015年3月3日至4月2日对其不正常使用大气污染防治设施行为实施按日连续处罚，并处罚款15万元。
12. Erdos Inner Mongolia Xinwang Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. has illegal acts of "building without approval" and excessive discharge of air pollutants from power boilers.
The Environmental Protection Department of the Autonomous Region and the Environmental Protection Bureau of Ordos City ordered the company to stop construction and production according to law, and imposed a fine of 300,000 yuan. The Environmental Protection Bureau of Dalat Economic Development Zone imposed a fine of 10,000 yuan on the company's excessive emission behavior, and imposed continuous daily penalties on its illegal emission of waste gas from March 18 to March 27, 2015, with a total fine of 100,000 yuan.
13. Ordos Baoheng Coal-fired Power Co., Ltd. has illegal discharge of nitrogen oxides from thermal power plants.
Ordos Environmental Protection Bureau was ordered to correct the illegal act according to law, and imposed a fine of 50,000 yuan, and imposed continuous daily penalties on its illegal discharge of waste gas from January 30 to February 4, 2015, with a total fine of 300,000 yuan.
14: The particulate matter and sulfur dioxide in coke oven of Chifeng Jiulian Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. in Chifeng City all exceeded the standard.
Chifeng Yuanbao ordered the company to correct the illegal act according to law, and imposed a fine of 20,000 yuan, and imposed continuous daily penalties on its illegal discharge of waste gas from March 24 to April 20, 2015, with a co-existing fine of 560,000 yuan. At the same time, according to the "Measures for the Administration of Environmental Protection to Restrict Production and Stop Production", measures to limit production were implemented.
15: Chifeng Aohan Baota Oil Shale Co., Ltd. started construction and put into production without handling EIA documents.
Aohan Banner Environmental Protection Bureau ordered it to stop production and rectify immediately according to the Measures of Environmental Protection Department for Implementing the Regulation of Restricting Production and Stopping Production, and imposed administrative penalties for the environmental violations of "building without approval".
16: Chifeng Aohan Jiushun Hetong Oil Shale Co., Ltd. started construction and put into production without handling EIA documents.
Aohan Banner Environmental Protection Bureau ordered it to stop production and rectify immediately according to the Measures of Environmental Protection Department for Implementing the Regulation of Restricting Production and Stopping Production, and imposed administrative penalties for the environmental violations of "building without approval".
17: The odor concentration at the boundary of Hulunbeier North Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. exceeded the standard at many points.
Hulunbeier Environmental Protection Bureau ordered the company to manage, fined 120,000 yuan, and ordered its vitamin C production line to limit production.
18:兴安盟乌兰浩特钢铁有限公司废气超标。
兴安盟环保局责令该企业改正环境违法行为，罚款5万元，并责令其立即停产整改。
19.通辽市恒信节水设备有限公司擅自违法生产，通过渗坑排放废水。
开鲁县环保局责令该企业立即停止生产，并处以5万元罚款。因企业拒不执行停产决定，移送开鲁镇公安局。公安机关依法对企业法人熊某某行政拘留10日。
