Located in Zhangjiajie Economic Development Zone, Hunan Province, the company is the executive director of Hunan Foundry Association and a key enterprise in Zhangjiajie City. The total assets of the company are 185 million yuan, covering an area of 46,690 square meters, and there are 200 sets of various mechanical equipment, including 100 sets of CNC and modular machine tools. 2010年，公司投资5000万元对生产线进行技术改造，引进覆膜砂铸造生产线、制芯等先进技术；2019年，公司投入全自动砂处理线和全自动造型线，拥有整体差速器箱体加工线，技术国内领先。引进了数控制动鼓和立式车床粗、精加工生产线，引进了刹车盘粗、精加工刹车面专机等先进设备。目前公司铸造能力为3万吨，汽车零部件生产能力为180万件/年。主导产品有一汽CA系列、EQ系列、五十铃系列、BJ130系列、JAC系列、通用五菱系列、中联重科、玉柴集团、北汽福田系列、长城皮卡系列、合力叉车系列、刹车盘、差速器箱、减速器箱、制动鼓、 前后轮毂、差速器总成及各种半精密铸铁件和出口件，并承接来料生产。
公司有主要配套厂家:中联重科车桥配套57Y差速器、壳减及各类刹车盘、刹车鼓、车轮；柳州五菱支持N1差价和减壳；安徽合力车桥厂配有各种制动鼓和车轮；长城皮卡匹配性差，减壳；资阳南俊集团配套刹车盘和刹车鼓；山东青特集团匹配性差，减壳。
