进料泵正常工作时，施工(实验)时管道内原料用DOP洗液顶起后，继续用DOP循环清洗，清洗后残液密封在输送管道内。循环清洗时，洗涤液20kg，压力3 ~ 5mpa，持续30min，分三次进行。盖上机器防护网罩，存放在固定仓库。
