Working principle of automatic kelp cleaning machine: the bubble cleaning inside the tank body is combined with the spray cleaning above the tank body and the fork cleaning of the manipulator to comprehensively and fully clean the materials, and the impurities, soil, salt and so on in kelp silk can be removed during the cleaning process.
海带清洗机和果蔬清洗机一样，是模拟人工清洗的关键，采用网带输送。同时，高压气泵产生的气体使海带在清理机中翻转，这也是海带在清洗过程中容易打结的原因。为了改变这个缺点，增加了拨叉，方便梳理海带，防止海带打结。在高压水流和强烈气泡的双重作用下，附着在海带表面的盐分等杂质被去除。在海带运输过程中，增加了喷淋清洗功能，使海带经过气、水清洗后，可以进行喷淋清洗。这一步是为了把水箱里的清洗水带到下一道工序，提高海带的清洗效果。同时，海带经二次纯净水喷淋清洗后， 它会自动流入水箱，代替水箱中的清洗水，保持水质的清洁，提高清洗水的利用率。
海带清洗机利用高压喷雾配合毛辊去除产品上的毛。毛辊下方设有循环水箱，回收高压喷淋水，再用高压喷淋泵循环使用。水箱上使用了过滤装置来过滤杂志和头发，以保持水的清洁。
羊毛辊采用进口尼龙丝，板材采用sus304食品级不锈钢板，符合食品卫生安全要求。
海带清洗机广泛用于蔬菜、果蔬、泡菜、食用菌、海鲜等产品的去毛。物料随着头发辐射不断向前滚动，在卷发器上方的高压喷水下，在去除头发的同时也能清洗物料。
