开槽机配置双元净化器及空气过滤装置，过滤系统采用双层过滤装置和转片式滤清器，增加空气净度，防止发动机吸入灰尘，而 降低发动机的磨损，有效延长发动机寿命。
开槽机操作程序：
1、机床开动前，须仔细检查和螺帽以及各部螺钉是否牢固，如发现有松动现象，须及时拧紧；
2、安装时注意切削方向，不准逆转；
3、主为顺时针转向；
4、进料开槽前，先确认气动装置是否打开并压紧工件于活动推台上和靠紧定位板，手不准靠近刀口处；
5、当机床发生故障时应立即将电源切断，并停止作业，派专人进行修理调整，机床不准带病运转；
6、材料在加工前应先检查上是否有铁钉、沙石活节等，不锈钢刨槽机以防损坏活节飞出伤人；
7、机床清扫、擦润滑油以及拆除换锯片和口屑物等，须切断机床电源；
8、机床要有人员操作、调整及维修，对机床不熟悉的人员严禁使用；
9、工人操作时应配戴耳塞、护眼镜等劳保用品。
10、机器的维护保养按《设备操作、维护、保养制度》执行。
全自动开槽机的性能：
1、开槽作用：没有毛边、没有尘埃、V槽面润滑。
2、环保节能：总耗电量2.0kw，开槽纸板下角料一根整条无缺可收回（收回下角料收入能抵电费和耗用），低噪音。
3、出产功率：手动送板速度8小时能出产10000只盒子左右。

5、可调角度:两个垂直刀片用夹具固定，不同的角度不需要定制刀片，机器可以自行调节。不同厚度的纸板无需调理即可开槽，使用起来非常方便。
开槽机使用中的注意事项
1.开槽机一机两用，单个金刚石切割轮即可切割；使用双金刚石切割轮可用作开槽。
2.开槽宽度可以通过两个金刚石切割轮之间的距离圆来调节。
3、开槽机一定要选择金刚石切割轮，要同时更换两个金刚石切割轮，所以不要新旧混用。
4.使用开槽机之前，请务必检查两个金刚石切割轮的动平衡。
