控制电缆安装布线的注意事项：
1、屋檐下。电缆只在不直接暴露在阳光照射或超高温下,标准局域网电缆就可以应用,建议使用管道。紫外线(紫外线)不要将无紫外线防护的电缆应用于阳光的直射环境内；
2、外墙上。避免阳光直接照射墙面及人为损坏。热度-电缆在金属管道或线槽内的温度很高,许多聚合材料在这种温度下会降低使用寿命；
3.在管道中(塑料或金属)。如果在管道中，注意塑料管道的损坏和金属管道的热传导。机械损伤(修复费用)——光缆的修复非常昂贵，每个不连续点至少需要端接两次；
4. Suspended application/overhead cable. Consider cable sag and pressure. Whether the cable is directly illuminated by sunlight;
5, directly in the underground cable trench laying, this environment is a small control range. The installation of cable trench should be checked regularly for dryness or humidity. Grounding-if the shielding layer of control cable needs grounding, it must comply with the corresponding standards;
6. Underground pipelines. In order to facilitate the future upgrade, cable replacement and isolation from surface pressure and surrounding environment, it is a better method to set up auxiliary pipelines for isolation. But don't hope that the pipeline will remain dry forever, which will affect the choice of cable types. Water-the water in twisted-pair cable in local area network will increase the capacitance of the cable, thus reducing the impedance and causing near-end crosstalk problems.
煤矿用控制电缆导体的长期允许工作温度为70℃，电缆敷设温度不应低于0℃。煤矿用控制电缆的允许弯曲半径:对于铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆，不应小于电缆外径的12倍。对于有屏蔽层结构的软电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。对于无铠装层的电缆，应不小于矿用电缆外径的6倍。
