充电桩的特点:
1.提供人机交互操作；提供DC和交流充电接口；
2、具有语音提示功能；有功能；
3.它具有打印收据的功能；
4.与BMS实时通信，获取动力电池类型、电池电压、剩余容量、温度、报警等信息。
5、对充电器产生控制指令和开关信号，控制充电器的启动和停止，并获取充电器的状态信息；
6、具有充电接口连接状态判断、联锁功能。
充电桩充电注意事项:
1.充电桩按性质一般分为两种:公用桩和自用桩。公共桩是通用的，但是要收电费和服务费，成本比较高；自用桩只适合自己的车，不通用；
2.使用公共充电桩时，要看清楚是适合大车还是小车，因为有些老标桩不能给小车充电，反之亦然；
3.充电前，检查充电桩设备是否完好，线缆和连接器是否完好。如果下雨天没有雨棚，就不要露天使用充电桩，以防漏电。
4.充电完成后，及时断开充电桩，防止过度充电。
