塑料喷涂的概念:
喷塑是指用静电发生器给塑料粉末充电，是一种在零件上喷涂塑料粉末的表面处理方法。
喷塑，即静电粉末喷涂，是20世纪80年代以来国际上常用的金属表面处理装饰技术。
注射成型的主要类型:
1.橡胶注射成型:橡胶注射成型是将混炼胶从机筒中直接注入模具中进行硫化的一种生产方法。橡胶注射成型的优点是:虽然是间歇操作，但成型周期短，生产效率高，取消了毛坯准备工序，劳动强度低，产品质量优良。
