大白菜喜欢寒冷的气候,但不耐高温。而中国南方和东南亚地区要求大白菜耐热性强。因此,在光照培养箱中研究大白菜的耐热性,有利于培育耐热大白菜新品种。
In recent years, Chinese breeders have carried out research on heat resistance of Chinese cabbage, and the identification of heat resistance is mainly based on field nodularity and heat injury symptoms. Because it is difficult to create a suitable field environment in temperate regions, and the field identification time is long and the efficiency is low. So the experiment needs to be done in a light incubator. Through isozyme analysis and tissue structure observation, the relationship between heat resistance of Chinese cabbage and changes of microstructure and biochemical indexes was discussed, which provided theoretical basis for early identification of heat resistance of Chinese cabbage and cruciferous vegetables.
以6份大白菜材料为材料,对田间高温和光照培养箱热胁迫下的热害症状进行了鉴定,并对主要鉴定指标进行了研究。结果表明,POD和SOD同工酶谱带的变化与大白菜的耐热性密切相关。通过制作石蜡切片,利用光学显微镜研究组织结构,表明叶片中脉维管束导管、茎中皮层薄壁细胞和木质部导管的变化可以用来鉴定大白菜热胁迫后的耐热性。
