桥梁伸缩缝安装前期的施工准备工作
1.伸缩缝预留槽的设置:桥面铺装混凝土施工前，伸缩缝应用塑料泡沫板填实，防止混凝土等废弃物掉入，影响伸缩装置的性能；桥面铺装施工后，伸缩缝预留槽口应用低标号砂浆或混凝土填充至与桥面齐平，以保证表面沥青混凝土铺装的平整度，防止施工时预留钢筋受压变形，影响伸缩装置的安装。
2.伸缩缝预留槽的开挖:沥青混凝土上层完成后，即可进行伸缩缝开槽。首先，根据设计宽度，在表层放出切割边缘标记。可以先用水打湿表层，然后用胶带纸沿切割标线在伸缩缝两侧贴上塑料薄膜，再盖上一层硬塑料编织布，防止切割过程中污染路面。技术工人操作切割机沿标准线切割，保证切割缝整齐顺直。切割完成后，手动去除表面混合物。对于剩余凹槽内的填充物，可先用风镐将其打碎，然后用人工清除。 and care should be taken to prevent the corner of the slit from being damaged.
