DA500聚合物吸水防潮棉是由棉状材料基体接枝有效亲水聚合物链段而成的技术产品。具有良好的吸水性、防潮性、耐久性和锁水性。贴在设备的顶板和侧壁上，确保顶板无滴水。棉体具有很强的锁水性能和减弱温差的能力。棉体饱和后，不会滴在表面。具有良好的排湿功能，会循环释放，保证设备内部湿度值不会太高，柜壁不会产生亮水。
【应用范围】
主要用于低压开关柜、箱式变电站、电缆分支箱、环网柜、美式箱变、端子箱、风箱变压器、光伏箱变、高铁专用箱变、机械操作箱、断路器箱、充电桩等电力设备顶部，具有减弱温差、防潮、吸水的功能。具有高排湿功能，降低柜内空气与表面的温差，从而减少安全隐患。是电网中电气设备安全运行和防潮运行的首选方案，能有效防止设备因柜顶凝露滴落而短路。它是一种环保、防潮的新产品。
