　　在安装过程中，应注意:

　　顶装式磁柱液位计与罐体的连接部分一般采用DN80或DN100法兰连接。如果觉得牢固度不够，可以根据实际情况选择更大的连接法兰。一般来说DN80和DN100就够了。当顶装式磁柱液位计的安装高度达到4至5米时，建议在两侧加装固定电缆，这样可以保证在恶劣的测量环境下，如现场振动较大或有时碰撞时，仪表不会损坏。

　　10米以上有点长，无论是否分段，建议用夹子或其他固定件固定在每段的中间或法兰周围。顶装式磁柱液位计安装时，必须坚持平直状态，在顶装式磁柱液位计与容器导管之间应安装球阀，以方便液位计的维护、拆卸和清洗。

　　选择说明:

　　1.防腐型公称压力≤ 1.0mpa..安装连接法兰，该液位计按照常用的投影尺寸基准(HG21592-97)制造。

　　2.顶装式磁柱液位计有一定的盲点，在读取液位高度时应增加盲点值补偿(我厂液位计出厂时刻度零点已移至实际值)。液位计的量程不得超过5m，否则会影响液位计的稳定性、可靠性和牢固性。
